I got a lot of sleep yesterday. Originally only 6 hours, but I came home and napped a couple hours after training. Also got 8 hours last night. Sleep is so important! I have a 4 day weekend and I am definitely making rest a priority.
53.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
