I didn't do as well as I'd hoped. Still, it is a loss and for that I am proud. It is very hard for a diabetic to lose weight. I hate making excuses so I won't. All I can say is that next week will be better.
On a different note, I would like to start a list of habits that I would like to break and start working on them one at a time. The first one I'd like to work on is to stop thinking that going out is a chore. I need to get outside more. I will make my list tomorrow or later today and hopefully start picking them off.
