I've been eating whenever anyone can't see me. I know it is a mind game now, I have to get the eating under control.
I need to work on it harder. My goal for tomorrow - just tomorrow - stay out of the kitchen. Walk. do not eat outside of meals unless it is healthy snacks. For one day, you can do it. One day at a time, one meal at a time.
Now go do it.
