I am so annoyed at myself. My Mother-in-law broke my scales and I have been so busy at work, working late nights and therefore eating poorly. I also kept thinking that because I couldn't weigh myself, it didn't really matter what I ate because I would make up for it before I got a new scale. Big mistake!!! Starting tomorrow, I am back on the band wagon. Project is coming into its heaviest time frame so there will be long hours again this week which will make eating at the right times difficult but I am going to do my best.
