昨天休息了一下 今天还是蹲起 跪卧撑 平板支撑 感觉到力量增加了 从283磅瘦到了270多磅.
124.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 9.8 kg a Week
