Been back at the gym. Lots of leg work and starting crossfit and weights again. Pressed 15lbs with repaired shoulder! HUGE!!! 2lb straight and side lateral raise!

I need to eat more now. Seem to have lost my appetite during recovery.

Enjiy the weekend and dont lose sight of your goals!
82.4 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
