Bummer, but I haven't been drinking enough water and I think that may be the reason my loss is so small after a month. I also know that my weight can fluctuate 5-8 pounds in a day, so I picked a heavy day to weigh. I am not discouraged, and have already taken steps to ensure that I get my water in and continue meeting my macros.
