Well I'm back from my training. As I feared it was laden with danishes, muffins, and sandwiches. I had a sandwich every day for lunch, there wasn't anything else to choose from. I weighed in today and I am up two pounds. Sxxxxt!. Oh Well back to Phase I on Monday.
