iv decided to change my goal from 180 to 199! I felt I needed a closer goal to make my little progress feel more rewarding. next goal is to break 200!
98.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
