Die letzten Monate war ich meist bei 95kg deswegen habe ich das Startgewicht mal angepasst.
Laut BMI müsste ich zwischen 57 und 73 kg wiegen um mein Idealgewicht zu haben. Ich glaube das ist für mich nicht realistisch. ...
