I stepped on the scale at work at saw a whopping 163 lbs on the scale and it scared me! I have never been this heavy in my life! I feel I'm at that critical decision-making point where I decide to just let myself go or to admit there's a problem and do something about it. I've decided to do the latter. I took my measurements, weighed myself this morning and started on Weight Watchers again. I'm not joining, but will follow the plan. I was going to do South Beach because I know it works so well, but I'm being realistic in the fact this is fruit season and I love fruit. I don't want to go 2 weeks without it. So here goes, wish me luck! My goal is to get back to 142, but I'd be thrilled if I could get to 132. That would be my ultimate goal! :-)
