Pace yourself, sweetie! You've definitely got a pattern going of dramatic weight loss and then dramatic gain. If I can offer some advice, this week make your goal to lose one pound. Just one, no more. Then the following week, do the same thing (two pounds AT MOST). I'd be curious what your eating habits are: I could be wrong, but I imagine that you're starving yourself, and then binging to overcompensate. Try making little changes WITHOUT depriving yourself: whole grain bread instead of white, baked chips instead of fried, light salad dressing instead of regular, no-cal butter spray instead of butter, etc. You CAN do this, girl, and we're all rooting for you!!!!
