Slight gain, been trying to eat more to 1700cal since I lost weight over the last month or so. Not too concerned at all, shall continue with with 1700cal unless I see significant weight gain.
55.2 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
