水腫第三天
整個人看起來瞬間腫了一圈
一樣維持一個半小時的重訓加有氧
然後今天大吃大喝
喝了一杯珍奶晚上吃了一碗炒麵
希望水腫快消退體重快下降
腿酸到爆炸💪💪💪💪
