With the exception of the last day or two, I've been following plan well, I thought. I am starting the medication for the sarcoidosis now - prednisone. I'll be on that for at least 6 months. I know weight gain and a very round face come with this. I pray I can do ok and do not gain with this. That means I need to be even more diligent about my eating plan and do it right. I'll hang in there and hopefully next week - after I get my period - the number will be going back in the right direction.
