Just got back from walking. I dragged my sister out for a almost an hour. It felt good going out though we were both hesitant about wearing our gym clothes. I think we are both similar in the sense that when we work out it is more of a private matter. But today's weather was nice and it was still light out this late. So I can't complain.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
