So, I’ve never really tracked my carb intake before. I just stopped eating grains and fruits, but I always ate a ton of vegetables. I’m not sure if I was ever in ketosis. So, for the last 3 days, I’ve focused on eating very low carb. I eliminated carrots and cashews. We’ll see how things go.
100.5 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
