전날 소금간만 한 la갈비, 아스파라거스, mct방탄코코아만 먹은 후 밤까지 허기없었음. 30분 실내자전거타기, 약간의 다리운동 함. 800g감량됨.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
