今天真的超級厲害
一點餓感都沒有
從昨天下午吃完飯後就默默的到今天下課三點
買了杯拿鐵跟肉鬆麵包進食一下
六點回來再吃隻水煮玉米
一直到剛剛我不覺得餓但血糖有點低
所以趁老公吃泡麵當晚餐當時候吃了兩顆水煮蛋喝了兩口冬瓜茶再偷吃兩口泡麵一口冰淇淋
晚上體重跟早上一樣88
看來明天可以朝87前進了
體脂44.9%>>>降了2%
肌肉27.3%>>>增了3%左右
第一周的減脂計畫雖然卡在月經來
但成效還是滿好的
明天晚上有聚餐
得好好控制一下不然就白費了
