Seems like a big gain, but it’s water weight. The human body can’t gain 5 pounds overnight. I had a big carb heavy meal. So most of that is liver glycogen. It should come off after a few days of eating very low carb.
101.0 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 15.2 kg a Week
