Yeah...I was in a wedding and then celebrated alot ha ha...then of course this past weekend we had family down and drank alot...so yeah I screwed myself. But I am back on the dieting and exercising routine. Back to counting calories and walking 9 miles a day 6 days a week. I have less than a month til my bday and I would love to be at 170 by then.
