Thanks Birdeegirl and liv001. I've been really watching my diet and walking and lifting weights every day so that weight is inching down. Unfortunately I had to take Dukoral for an upcoming trip and the buffer in the vaccine is baking soda. My weight popped up nearly two pounds from fluid retention.
