Ran 3.5 miles today. Been trying to get below 206 since January. This is hard! But my arms look great! 19 months in boot camp has done wonders!
93.4 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
