No movement this week and that's ok. Been a reasonable week but not started back at Zumba yet and not been running as much as I could be. Been eating reasonably responsibly too :)
56.2 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
