So happy to report that my post-cruise weight has actually gone down!! I managed to avoid most temptations but did not deny myself the occasional dessert or bevvie. The gym on the ship was rarely busy and they offered spin classes and boot camp and stretch classes. We did active shore excursions so it was a great way to spend a guilt free holiday!!
