Up 1 pound since the last weigh in. Probably my own fault. I've been on Phase 2 for a few weeks, but have been allowing myself a few too many treats like an occassional slice of pizza, bites of chocolate, and some wine or mixed drinks. Plus, lots of dining out with business associates. So, back to a Phase 1 refresher course for me! I haven't heard from the usual suspects lately. How are you all doing? /d
