Aaahhhh! I went over on my calories a few times this week and skipped some workouts so of course, didn't lose any weight this week. I am very disappointed in myself. All I can do is move forward. I'm not giving up! I need to regain my focus and put diet and exercise back at the top of my priority list. Since school has started back up, I've been really distracted and haven't put as much into planning meals and exercise. Still, I am 14 pounds lighter than when I started this two months ago! I will try and lose 10 pounds in these next two months. That's my goal.
