最近開始實施每天16H空腹/8H進食的斷食,實施到今天已滿兩週身體適應的還不錯,體重早上空腹量只降了0.4kg腰圍也只偏幅差距變化不大,少了一餐並沒有降低一天的攝取量,三不五時碳水脂房還是常給它爆掉,我想不以減重為前提這方法維持體重是不錯選擇。
