Conditioning-12 minutes, AMRAP • 5x Pull Ups • 10x HR Push Ups • 15x KB Squats • Approx 7 Rounds
Finish: • Assault Bike 12 minutes • 5 minutes Abs

Well done - I burned 450 on the elliptical, rowing machine and some chest presses...pretty good for a short, old woman! LOL

Thx, funny, but I told my wife this morning, the hardest part of the WO, you are Always hungry afterwards.
Since we are doing both Strength & Conditioning, the Muscle groups are reacting, we are getting bigger in the right places & smaller in the other. I lost 2 inches off my waist!!
