That was the hardest fought freakin' pound. 2 1/2 wks busting my butt exercising and staying true to the diet. I just said last night something will have to give sometime. I didn't know it would be the next morning. I sit here on my exercise bike again, trying to type and peddle. That's a challenge. I put a bike seat pad on last night so that might help.
I biked a full hour before breakfast today! It wasn't hard while surfing the net. My legs could have gone farther. I just need to solve the butt pain issue. I don't know if it's the seat or hamstrings.
I'm going to drink more propel for hydration and moving my kcal count to 1350 if I keep up this biking regimen. I will burn more in the pre-breakfast biking than the extra 150 kcals I'm adding in vitamin enriched water, which my body needs.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
