早餐:
低脂低碳豆腐布朗尼 200g
纯水牛奶200ml

午餐:
红薯:200g
低脂水煮鸡胸肉 100g
水煮青菜:150g
自制芝麻红枣阿胶糕:15g一块

50 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
