so, last night ended up being crazy, a colleague of mine invited me to this dinner presentation which was essentially a medical device company trying to sell products... man, insane. but, it was at a really good steak house and so i had free filet mignon, so i can't complain. i passed on the wine, and the bread and the HUGE chocolate mousse they put in front of me for dessert. i kind of wanted it. but, seeing the scale this morning, and realizing i didn't jeopardize my next week, makes me really happy. will have to get some measurements in too.
i honestly think the last time i saw 175 or lower on a scale was probably in 2003, after my bf and i broke up and i worked out 3+ hours a day for months...
this totally motivates me to get my act together and for sure be under 170 for the beach next month. done and done. thank you all for your support, i really couldn't do this without you!
