因為2天回家吃很多 吃了太多油 才排水的吧,每次都是這樣🤔🤔⋯ 如果可以天天吃自己煮的,我可能早就畢業了😅😅⋯ 都是因為吃外食啦🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

真的吃很多啊,奶油都用掉超過100g有😅,煎吐司煎蛋都狂下奶油⋯ 滷肋條也放很多⋯ 所以体脂⬆️了😅🤦🏻♀️

沒有覺得⋯ 因為我變瘦沒有買新衣服,都還是穿著以前胖的時候穿的衣服,都变很寬鬆,所以沒感覺⋯最多感覺小褲褲是鬆還是有點緊🤣🤣,加上我比较常穿裙子⋯
