Went to DC to spend Thanksgiving with my son for 10 days. Had lobster for Thanksgiving dinner. The restaurants there are unbeatable. I ate French food, Chinese food, seafood, Ethepeopian food, so I gained 9 pounds eating at those restaurants. If you want to lose weight, don't go there. It was worth it though. Now back to my healthier eating habits and exercise. See how long it takes to loose those 9 lbs.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
