Day 1 早上:
一个鸡蛋
200ml水牛奶
两片自制葡萄干吐司约150克

葡萄干面包超级软绵,太好吃了,比预计多吃了一片,吃的有点撑了。
50.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.7 kg a Week
