up a couple, but that's OK...very busy weekend due to upcoming Thur game, Hawkeye FB last Sat & Pops Concert on the Levee Sat night...got all workouts in, but diet restrictions were lax
99.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
