this is the lowest I've been since just after weighing in at 116# for the muscle contest in April 2017. I've been on my coach's diet for just a week (super high protein, moderate fat, low carb) and training hard 4x a week but just 30 minutes a day. tomorrow is a reload day, pretty much nothing but oatmeal and protein shakes. can't wait to see my stats on Monday at weigh in!
