I do not get it. I had a crap week. Got in a serious car accident. Was stressed all week and ate crap food and I lost 2 lbs!!!! Holy crap!!! I know I need to step it up this week or it will catch up with me. It was such a nice surprise to see that I am down to 190 lbs today. Kinda made my crap week a little better! :o)
