So I’ve been eating horribly. I drive around for my job and started eating fast food constantly. Daily. Sodas too! Usually I’m a no sugar kind of girl. Anyhow, I went up to 153.6 in just a few days this last weekend from extreme stress eating. I felt so gross that it pushed me to snap back into salads, protein, no added sugars, no fast food, no late night pizza. Back to my goal!!! Maybe I needed that slump?
65.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
