cara ntk menahan nafsu godaan makanan/minuman yg bsa bkin diet hancur gmn yah? :( kdng aku suka gagal diet pas ditawarin makan dlm porsi yg over gitu

Kalo aku inget2 pas setengah mati olga cuman buat ngebakar 300kalori. Padahal sekali makan gede bisa 600-700 kalori. Itu bisa bikin kita ga nafsu sih pas makan..

kalo aq dengerin hipno diet tiap hari sebelum tidur,,jadi sekarang jauh bisa nahan godaan makan,,bisa download di YouTube kalau mau coba😊😊
