Hey guys) I feel so much better since the time I started eating healthy (and trying to sleep well). I’m not having trouble in school anymore and my face has cleared from pimples 😍 I definitely started to love eating Lentils and stuff. And eating a veggie snack is very good 😊 thank God that my health didn’t get worse...
46.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
