Cycled to the gym & had another fantastic workout, then cycled home in a thunderstorm. An interesting experience. ;)

My level of fitness, strength & stamina is more noticeable now.
Feel great

Thank you Meonlybetter. I have only just noticed that I have lost another 7lb too. All that exercise is paying off.
