Amazingly, I managed to drop a pound over the weekend. I was camping at a family reunion and at the group feast on Saturday I had to have eaten 3000 calories plus all of the snacks and junk all weekend. Sunday's food coma and the lethargic feeling was no fun. That combined with 6 hours of sleep all weekend was an unhealthy event.
