Yeesh, went up 2 lbs last week :( Maybe camping was a bad idea lol. Dropped .8 lbs this week though. Next week my goal is back to 155.2 at the most. I think I can do it. The weather is cooling down now, which is great for work outs. This was an extremely hot summer for the west coast. Not used to weather being over 30d everyday! Hopefully by October I'll be out of the 150s! That is my overall short term goal.
