My body is really trying hard to stay around this weight! Arg. Probably didn't help that I was away from home for two days and didn't get in any exercise and didn't eat well.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
