已經耍廢了快半個月,都沒有認真紀錄,因為一直在亂吃,每天都超標,從中秋連假開始到昨天,烤肉就烤了四次,肚子又跑出來了😱😱😱
今天是10月的開始,真的要砍掉重練了,加油💪💪💪
