I can do this even with having three different diets for Diabetes, Crohns, and being allergic to whey. There has to be a balance for me somewhere to be able to lose weight and overcome all these obstacles in my way. Exercise has to be light right now due to my bile duct closing up causing liver issues. I'm not thrilled but a little exercise is better than none. I'm hoping to find something, anything that will work to get me in shape. My life feels too out of control if I can grasp this its a great start.
