stayed the same weight. Yahoo. maybe tomorrow will be a loss if not, I have to cut my carbs more. I am praying for a loss as I am a carb lover

If cutting carbs is difficult for you then try to go for "good carbs" Examples of good carbs are fruits vegetables and whole grains. try eating more of these and less of refined grains and sugars. Also go for more of the fibery carbs like oats and such. Hopefully this helps!!
