I had a very big cheat weekend so I was not expecting to lose anything, so I’ll take the .4lbs.... will weigh in again Wednesday to see if weekend splurge is gone.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
