I don't normally go for 'mid-week' weigh ins and I've been trying to stick to a saturday for the challenge but I thought seeing my graph back on a downward trend would give me a bit of a boost :)
Added to that dh is cooking dinner tonight.......he loves making a Chinese banquet. It's yummy but I dread to think of the points! He doesn't make it often and I was a bit saddened that when he said he'd like to cook it tonight my initial thoughts were - OH NO! The POINTS!! I can't live like that - and I'm sticking to my mantra of this is not a diet - it's eating healthily for life...... so, I will enjoy the food tonight, keep my points down the rest of today and tomorrow too. I had 2.5 spare from yesterday as well.
Anyway, just in case I haven't recovered for Saturday at least I'm recording a loss now! lol I did another hour of yogalates yesterday and boy are my legs feeling it today. I may try the abdominal workout a little later on and I'm going to head out for a walk today as well, as long as the rain holds off.
Have a great Tuesday everyone :)

Way to go! It sounds like you have your meal all planned out. It's sounds like you have planned ahead and you've thought it out. Congrats on the loss!

Yay! for recording a loss! You can still sample all of your hubby's lovely dishes tonight and stay in control. Just remember to eat slowly. It helps a lot! I used to be the speed eating champion and it is still a constant struggle to slow down. Way to go on the HOUR of yogalates! I am sure you will do well this week. Enjoy your day!

Well I ate, I enjoyed.......I'm still full to the brim! lol It did taste lovely and, unfortunately in terms of points, there is enough left to have more tomorrow night. That will mean another day of not eating much tomorrow - lol.
I'm still aching from the yogalates - ouch!!!!
